What time are check in and check out?

You can check in after 2pm and check out before 11am. If you arrive early or would like to have one more wander around the city before you leave, you can leave your bags with us at no charge. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive outside our standard check-in times.

Can I arrive after 2pm?

Of course, our reception is open 24 hours a day.

Do you accept credit cards? Which ones?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, Bancomat.

Can I request a room with a view?

If you would like a room that looks over the Tuscan countryside or Piazza della Cisterna, just indicate that in your booking or contact us directly.

How can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at no charge up to three days before expected check-in. In the case of a no-show or late cancellation, the cost equivalent to one night will be deducted.

Where can I park my car?

We do not have a garage or private parking. The hotel is inside the city’s limited-traffic zone (ZTL) but if you arrive by car, you can unload your luggage and then drive outside the city walls and park in one of the supervised paid parking lots, about 5-10 minutes away. If you are staying more than one night you can use one of our parking tickets (available for 3 to 7 nights) which will allow you to enter and leave as many times as you like per day, without having to pay every time.

Do you have internet?

Yes, our Wi-Fi connection is free and available throughout the hotel’s common areas and in a free Internet point.

Can the hotel arrange transfers, tours, activities, or bookings for me?

Our hotel can, upon request, arrange different types of guided tours of San Gimignano and surrounding area (see the Tours & Activities) section. We will be happy to make restaurant bookings for you in the city.
